  • The type of Chart or Reading you are requesting from the choices below.
  • The First, Middle and Last name at the time of birth as it appears on the birth certificate.
  • The Birth Date (Month/Day/Year). (Optional: send the exact time and place of birth for addtional information.
  • The address to which the completed Chart or Reading (on audio cassette tape) is to be returned.
  • Your email address or phone number (so Candice can quickly get information in case you forgot something important to the reading).

90 minute Life Reading ~ $90. Compatibility Chart ~ $130 or $65 with an existing life reading for both from Candice. A detailed point by point audio interpretation of the charts of you and your lover. What are the Karmic influences that have brought you together and to what future do your destinies map? Be sure to provide the full name and birth date of your significant other when ordering this chart!

Yearly Progression Chart ~ $75. Keep yourself in tune with your most current influences annually to more fully integrate the multi-faceted aspects of your personal and professional life -- pave your way for a brighter, higher future with right timing.
